For those of you currently with EFT's, please be aware that the payment does not automatically stop after the 3 months. It is an ongoing membership. In order to stop payment, you must come to the salon and fill out a short cancellation form or send a written and signed cancellation notice to the primary salon (Rockford). This must be done at least 4 days before the scheduled billing date (1st) otherwise one final debit will be made as scheduled. Thank you for your continued business!
